Skin Cancer Consultation

Skin Cancer is on the rise in Canada. Dr Goldstein has over 10 years of skin cancer experience working in Australia. Patients at risk of melanoma include the elderly, extremely fair skin, dysplastic mole syndrome or family history of melanoma in a 1st degree relative. Biopsy & Excision of Suspicious Lesions

Do you have a new lesion on your skin that requires a biopsy? Dr Goldstein can use punch, shave or excision biopsy techniques to get a tissue diagnosis. We always use local anaesthetic and suture all of our punch and excision biopsies. The procedure usually takes 10 minutes or less. Carpal Tunnel Injections

Carpel Tunnel Syndrome is a compression injury to the median nerve in the wrist. The nerve becomes entrapped and swollen causing pain, tingling and numbness in the hand. Severe cases require surgery. Mild to moderate cases can be managed with wrist splints and cortisone injections.
